Real WebGL shaders
for Figma. Finally.

I'm building a Figma plugin that runs GLSL fragment shaders inside the canvas, not CSS filters with a UI on top. Five effects to start: holographic foil, glass, liquid metal, displacement, plasma.

Demo's still rendering.
Recording the loops this week. I'll drop them in here.

No spam. One email at launch plus occasional notes during dev. Unsubscribe anytime.

Targeting public release around September 2026.

First 100 people who buy after launch get a $39 lifetime (then it's $59, or $9/month). Waitlist gets the link a day before everyone else.

Five effects on launch.

Real GLSL only. No CSS filters, no pre-rendered PNGs.

Holographic

FREE

The classic holo-foil look. Sliders for angle, intensity, and a custom palette.

Glass

FREE

Frosted, clear, textured. Refraction math behind it, not a backdrop-blur trick.

Liquid Metal

PRO

Chrome, mercury, gold. Matcap reflections + Smart Mode, so even flat logos pick up depth.

Displacement

PRO

Pushes pixels along a noise map. Bring your own PNG or grab one of the built-in patterns.

Plasma

PRO

Plasma-energy stills. Phase slider, intensity slider, that's it.

Smart Mode

BUILT-IN

Reads your layer's luminance and fakes a normal map on the fly. So Liquid Metal and Glass work on flat logos and icons too.

FAQ

How is this different from other Figma effect plugins? +

Most are CSS filters with a UI on top. I'm writing GLSL, the same kind of shader code games use. Output is parametric (tweak it after applying), scales to any resolution, and looks computed, not Photoshopped.

Does it work on big layers? +

Up to 8192px on the long side. Above 2048 it tiles internally, with global UV uniforms so you don't get seams at tile boundaries. Hardware acceleration has to be on, but it is by default in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

What's in Free vs Pro? +

Free gets Holographic and Glass, full quality, no watermark. Pro adds Liquid Metal, Displacement, Plasma, custom matcap textures, and saved presets.

When does it ship and how do I pay? +

I'm aiming for public release around September 2026. First 100 from the waitlist pay $39 lifetime; after that it's $59 lifetime or $9/month. Payment: Boosty for Russia/CIS, crypto (USDT/BTC) for everyone else. Card via invoice if you ask.
